What is your minimum/maximum group size?

We operate group tours for 2 to 20 travelers.

How does your pricing work?

We provide fixed net rates per itinerary. You retain full control over your retail pricing and margin.

How quickly can you provide a quote?

Same-day response for standard itineraries; complex or custom MICE requests may take up to 48 hours.

Are your guides and vehicles licensed?

Yes — all our guides are officially licensed, and all vehicles used are private, insured, and TÜRSAB-compliant.

Can itineraries be customized?

Yes, every itinerary can be adjusted based on your clients’ interests, budget, and schedule.

Do you handle MICE / corporate groups?

Yes, we organize corporate group logistics, incentive travel, and MICE programs in both Istanbul and Cappadocia.

Is the flight ticket included in the tour?
Flight tickets are not included in our net rates. Once a booking is confirmed, we ask for each traveler’s flight details (PNR code) so we can plan airport transfers and logistics precisely.

What is your payment structure?

We accept bank transfer (SWIFT) to our corporate account, from your agency’s corporate account. A 30% deposit is required at booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the tour start date. All payments are invoiced, and pricing is in EUR.

What is your cancellation policy?

If cancelled by your agency: more than 7 days before tour start, 50% deduction applies; 0–7 days before, 100% deduction (non-refundable). If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, amounts paid are refunded within 14 days, excluding non-refundable third-party costs — full details in our Terms & Conditions.

Do you provide guides in different languages?

Yes, our guides are assigned based on your clients’ preferred language and can accommodate a wide range of languages.

Do you offer private (exclusive) or shared group tours?

All our tours are private and exclusive to your agency’s clients. We do not mix travelers from different agencies within the same group.
